Important: No Refund Policy

JUST PRIMES operates a No Refund policy. We offer exchanges only in eligible cases. Please read the full policy below before placing your order.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales made through JUST PRIMES are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect size selected at the time of ordering.
Product not meeting personal expectations.
Delay in delivery due to courier or logistical issues.

We strongly encourage customers to use our Size Calculator on the product page before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time size exchange in the following cases:

The product received is of a different size than what was ordered.
The product has a manufacturing defect verified by our team.
The product was damaged during transit (proof required).

Conditions for Exchange:

Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be provided.
Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Approved cancellations will result in store credit, not a monetary refund.

4. How to Raise an Exchange Request

To raise an exchange request, follow these steps:

1 Contact us on WhatsApp +91 81785 55209 or email justprimes07@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2 Share your order reference number, a photo of the product received, and a photo of the packaging.
3 Our team will review your request within 24 hours and guide you on the next steps.
4 Once approved, ship the product back to us. The replacement will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving it.
