• All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

• The belt is intended as a supplementary wellness product and is not a medical device.

3. Ordering & Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments (PCI-DSS compliant).
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm.
• Orders are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
• Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment completion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Free express shipping is provided across India on all orders.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• JUST PRIMES is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Privacy & Data

• We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order (name, phone, address).
• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Payment details are handled entirely by our payment partner Cashfree and are never stored on our servers.
